Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Gamers' Strife (“the platform”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be a member of the Gamers' Strife Discord server and at least 13 years old to use this platform. By signing in, you confirm that you meet these requirements. We reserve the right to verify membership and revoke access if these conditions are not met.

3. Your Account

Your account is linked to your Discord identity. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account. You may not share your account or impersonate another user.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Cheat, manipulate, or exploit bugs in match systems or leaderboards
• Impersonate other users, staff, or public figures
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other community members
• Submit false match results or fabricate proof screenshots
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to admin systems or other users' data
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the platform without prior approval
• Post or upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, or violates third-party rights

5. Teams & Matches

Team creation is subject to admin approval. By creating or joining a team, you agree to participate in good faith and abide by match rules set by the platform administrators.

Match results must be submitted with accurate information and valid proof screenshots. Disputed results will be reviewed by admins whose decisions are final. Repeated false submissions may result in account suspension.

6. Premium Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are billed and managed through Polar.sh. By subscribing, you also agree to Polar.sh's terms.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time from your Settings page. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are not offered except where required by applicable consumer protection law.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice.

7. Content & Intellectual Property

Your Discord avatar and username remain your property (or Discord's, per Discord's terms). Team logos and banner images you upload are your responsibility — by uploading them you confirm you have the right to do so and grant us a licence to display them on the platform.

The platform's design, code, and original content are owned by Gamers' Strife. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or permanently ban your account at our discretion if you violate these terms or the Discord community rules, without prior notice. You may delete your own account at any time from your Settings page.

9. Disclaimers & Liability

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime or availability. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We are not responsible for content posted by other users. If you encounter content that violates these terms, report it to platform administrators.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Gamers' Strife operates. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, in the courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. For significant changes, we will notify active users via in-app notification.
