A match on Gamers’ Strife is recorded in stages: challenge, scheduling, play, reporting, and settlement.
1. Find an eligible opponent
Team leaders and co-leaders can open their team console and start a challenge.
The challenge form shows eligible approved opponents for your team. Choose an opponent, propose a date, and add a message if you want to provide context.
2. Wait for the response
The other team can respond to the challenge and work through the scheduling process.
Unanswered challenges eventually expire, so keep an eye on your notifications and team management page.
3. Play the match
Once the match is scheduled, both teams can find it on the Match Board.
The match page contains the fixture details, teams, format, scheduled time, and any available match tools.
4. Submit the result
After the match, open the result submission page.
The submitting team provides:
- The claimed winner
- The final score
- The players who participated
- Optional notes
- Optional proof through an image URL or uploaded screenshot
Proof is recommended because it gives both teams and administrators a clear record of what happened.
5. Both sides report
Each team submits its own report.
When both reports name the same winner, the match can be settled automatically. The completed result can then contribute to team records, player statistics, match history, awards, and rewards.
If the reports disagree, the match becomes disputed and an administrator reviews the available reports and proof.
Keep your report accurate
Choose the correct participants and enter the final score carefully. The information attached to a completed match becomes part of the competitive record.
