Teams are the foundation of the competitive side of Gamers’ Strife.
A team is more than a name and logo. It is a roster with roles, match history, tournament appearances, and a record that follows it across the site.
Joining an existing team
Start on the Teams page and browse the approved rosters currently on the board.
Open a team to review its game, region, description, members, roles, record, and recent matches. If the team is accepting players, you can send a join request from the team page.
Team leaders and managers can review incoming requests and decide who joins the roster.
Creating a team
If you are ready to lead a roster, open Create Team.
The current team guidelines include:
- Team names must be between 3 and 100 characters
- Names must be unique for the selected game
- Names cannot contain inappropriate content or external links
- Teams are intended for 5–6 members
- A player can have one team per game
- New teams must be approved before they go live
- The creator becomes the team leader automatically
Your team can include a logo and banner, provided the images follow the site guidelines.
Approval comes before competition
After creation, your team enters a pending approval state. You will be notified when the review is complete.
Once approved, your team can appear on the public team board, invite members, send challenges, and begin building its competitive record.
Looking for a roster?
You do not need to create a team before becoming visible to recruiters.
Use the Free Agents board to list yourself by game, region, role, and availability. Recruiting teams can browse those listings and invite players to join their roster.
