Your first visit to Gamers’ Strife is built around a simple checklist.
The dashboard guides you through the actions that turn a new account into an active player.
1. Sign in with Discord
Choose Sign in with Discord to create your player profile.
There is no separate password to create. Your Discord account provides your identity, username, and avatar.
2. Set your region
Your region helps other players and teams understand where you are based. It also helps organize region-specific competitive activity and announcements.
Open Customize Profile to set your region.
3. Add a game ID
Add the gaming platform usernames you want displayed on your profile.
The available game and platform options are managed by the community, so choose the one that matches the account you actually use.
You can add and manage these from the Game Accounts section of Customize Profile.
4. Join a team or list as a free agent
If you already have a roster, browse Teams and look for a team that fits you.
If you are looking for teammates, create a listing on the Free Agents board. You can include your game, region, roles, and a short note about what you are looking for.
5. Customize your profile
Add a display name, bio, region, game IDs, ranks, and showcase items.
You can also equip cosmetics such as avatar frames, titles, card banners, backgrounds, and name effects.
Open Customize Profile when you are ready to make your profile your own.
6. Play your first match
Once you are part of a team, your next goal is to play a completed match. Your match history, player statistics, and team record grow from the matches you actually play.
The dashboard keeps the checklist visible until these first steps are complete. Completed steps can award Strife Points, and the dashboard shows the reward attached to each step.
Invite another player
Your dashboard may also provide a personal invite link. When an invited player completes onboarding, both players can receive Strife Points.
